CHAKWAL AUGUST, 3. Chief Minister Punjab Ch: Pervaiz
Ellahi will be accorded a rousing welcome when he will
visit District Chakwal on 7th August and will address
a huge public meeting at Government College Chakwal
ground and Chief Minister Punjab is expected to
announced a big development package for the uplift of
District Chakwal. This was stated by District Nazim
Chakwal Sardar Ghulam Abbas on Saturday while
presiding a high level meeting regarding the visit of
Chief Minister Punjab. It was decided that the
welcome address will be presented by District Nazim
Chakwal and in his welcome address various demands and
development projects recommended by MNA’s and
MPA’s, Tehsil Nazmeen will be included in the
welcome address. District Nazim Chakwal was confident
that the visit of Chief Minister Punjab will be very
significant and his visit to District Chakwal is first
one after assuming the charge of Chief Minister Punjab
and more over all the MNA’s and MPA’s elected from
District Chakwal belong to the ruling party, therefore
the expectation of 1.1 million people of District
Chakwal are very high naturally. District Nazim
Chakwal was of the view that the people interest are
prime in his priority therefore people of District
Chakwal will be heavily benefited from the visit of
Chief Minister Punjab.
CHAKWAL AUGUST, 3. Three people including a three
years old child were killed in three different
incidents in District Chakwal. In the first incident
at Village Kot Gullah in Tehsil Talagang Ghulam Abbas
was killed by piousness snake and he was shifted to
Danda Shah Bilawal Hospital but he did not survive.
Malook Khan resident of mohallah Sharaq Talagang was
working in the farm field when he was also bitten by a
piousness snake resulting his instant death. In the
third incident at Village Farid Kassar some 20
kilometer from here, a three years old minor child
drowned in a water pond. Azhar Mehmood went to the
market along with his mother and when her mother was
busy in purchasing, the minor child went into the near
pond and was drowned.
CHAKWAL AUGUST, 3. To commemorate madar-e-millat
Fatima Jinnah All Pakistan Mehfil-e-Mushiara will be
held at District Council Hall on 14th August.
Bazm-e-Adbiat Pakistan Chakwal has started the
arrangements of the Mushiara and Mushiara will be
organized with the collaboration of District
Government Chakwal. A Committee headed by District
Nazim Chakwal Sardar Ghulam Abbas including District
Budget Officer Safdar Shah and Chairman Bazm-e-Adbiat
Kh: Babar Salim has been constituted. The poets from
all over the country will participate in this
Mushiara.
