CHAKWAL AUGUST, 16. The present drama of the
Government for the restoration of democracy have been
failed and the nation was condemned by the Government
on two grounds, firstly the 70 National Assembly
seats, comprising 60 women and 10 minorities and there
was no ballot papers for these seats and this means
that women and minorities were deprived to vote for
their choice, secondly the condition of graduation for
the candidate was a joke.  This was stated by former
Federal Minister J. Salk on independence day at meet
the press program of Chakwal Press Club.  The former
Federal Minister proposed an open and peoples court at
Nishter Park Karachi to redress these two contempt’s
made against the people of Pakistan.  The former
Federal Minister was of the view that the present so
called democratic setup will not work any more as it
was neither democracy and nor it was a military rule.
He feared that the country is heading towards blood
revolution and the present democracy have not link
with the people, the Ministers are powerless and the
elected MNA’s and MPA’s had no honor from the people
as they are just a rubber stamp and had no power.
